google video drm
I read this the other day but failed to catch the part where they're not refunding money. Don't be evil, huh? It's a good thing Google makes their money through advertising, because I will be extremely reluctant to give them my money in the future. Of course, it's completely reasonable to expect behavior along these lines from all DRM peddlers. Apple has already changed the ToS on purchased music at least once. I bark about this all the time on WTG, but I'll say it again...

DRM is for suckers. Don't give $$ to a vendor unless you receive true ownership of a restriction-free item in return.
