10. Stella (Comedy Central, 2005)
12. Police Squad! (ABC, 1982)
14. TV Funhouse (Comedy Central, 2000)

Stella was wonderfully silly and probably the best of the post-State projects. Police Squad was fresh and worked as a 22 minute show in a way that it never did as a 90 minute movie. And TV Funhouse, while created by the same person, was an edgy puppet show even funnier than the SNL shorts that used the same name.
