What brand roaster do you have? We're down to our last one pound bag of whole bean dunkin donuts coffee, and I"m seriously considering roasting my own. Even though dd coffee is all f'shizzly and stuff.
I'm (cgfan) currently using a Fresh Roast Plus, which is a very popular home roaster owing to it's low price point and ease of use/effectiveness. However due to it's small batch size, ~3 oz.?, I'm in the process of upgrading to a 1/2 lb. roaster. i have the zach & danni's...also from sweet maria's. that place is so cool. i love that they have their own set of instructions that they include with everything they sell...especially the roasters. the info has been very handy.
