Atari 2600 Cart Duplicator: The First Console Hack?
POSTED ON 6/28/2006 | PERMALINK |4 Comments | BOOKMARK
Vidco's CopyCart is a holy grail for Atari 2600 VCS enthusiasts indeed. This unusual accessory allowed one to copy the contents of a cartridge onto another with the push of a button. This special cartridge could be used, erased and then reused.
The price tag says $19.95. I'm not sure if that's the original retail price. If it is, this thing was a steal of a deal.
