Visual Task Tips is a lightweight shell enhancement utility. It provides thumbnail preview image for each task in the Windows Taskbar, like in the upcoming Microsoft Windows Vista.

This is extremely well done. It's quick, simple, free, and actually pretty useful if you have a lot of windows open. It's certainly more elegant than any of the free "Expose" clones for XP.
