Props To Threadless And Their Superb Customer Support

I just have to give props to Threadless one more time. Their customer service department is sooooo kind, quick and helpful. In speaking with Brianne multiple times, they've reminded me that email, combined with the right attitude, is a powerful customer service tool. Now, if I can just get my shit organized, I won't have to talk to the customer service department so frequently.
